CASA is a non-funded state mandate; the state requires every child to have a voice in court, but the state does not fully fund the program. The Warrick County CASA program moved to a 501 (c)3 program as of April 1, 2021. Warrick County CASA, INC. receives partial funds from the state, county, fundraising events, grant writing, corporate sponsorships, and private donations. Funds raised are also used for a kids fund to offset expenses for the needs and wishes of the children we serve that go above and beyond what the Department of Child Services can provide such as prom dresses, special calculators for college prep classes and sports fees & equipment.

Warrick County CASA , INC. is seeking your help. The current needs are as follows:
- We are currently seeking eager-to-work board members with strong skills in public relations, marketing, fund raising and social media who are passionate about supporting the work with these abused and neglected children through board involvement.
- We are seeking motivated committee members.
- We are seeking grant writers. No experience is necessary if you are motivated to learn.
